Maybe you have heard the term "plant based" and you’re curious, but worry you’ll have to live off wheat grass and tofu for the rest of your life! Join us to explore the health benefits, the scientific research, and plant-based alternatives to your favorite foods. We’ll also talk about recipes and learn a few shopping and kitchen tips. Best of all, we’ll enjoy trying some plant-based food together. We wanted to make a tofu joke here…but it would have been tasteless! Hope to see you in class!
